The increasing senior population in Asia, particularly in India, presents both a challenge and an opportunity to rethink how we approach elder care. Innovations in senior wellness, from SMART care technologies to integrated healthcare solutions, are crucial in ensuring that our elderly population not only lives longer but also healthier, more autonomous lives. However, there is still much work to be done in adopting and scaling these solutions to meet the growing needs of seniors.
Senior Citizen’s Day offered a timely moment to reflect on these issues and, more importantly, chart a course toward creating supportive ecosystems for seniors that go beyond discussion and drive real-world impact.
