Time Off & Work-Life Balance
We recognize the importance of time off and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We provide ample opportunity to work from home and relax throughout our annual leaves plus public holidays for an extended holiday. Additionally, we offer a four-week paid sabbatical after five years of employment. To further support our team, we close for winter from December 25 through New Year’s Day, giving everyone a well-deserved break to recharge and celebrate the season.
