Delhi, December 16th, 2016: S.P.A.G, a leading and experienced Public Affairs, Public Relations and Digital Media Consultancy has been awarded a ‘Gold’ in the Public Affairs Category last night by the India PR & Corporate Communications Awards (IPRCAA). The award recognised the campaign “Time to Unburden” – Commitment to reduce the NCD burden in India through a multi-sectoral approach.
The campaign has been ongoing since August 2014, when Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease (PFCD) partnered with S.P.A.G. to commence its journey. The driving force for the success of the campaign has been S.P.A.G.’s deep concern towards NCDs as a REAL issue being faced globally. Therefore, a strategic advocacy campaign – “Time to unburden ” was launched to educate people about the growing risks of Non-Communicable Diseases which has taken over India by a storm. The campaign brought to life the growing incidence of NCDs.
